Surrey Short Breaks for Disabled Children
Children and Young People's Short Breaks Questionnaire 2009
The purpose of this questionnaire was to find out from children and young people the types of short break activities they would like; and to then distribute the findings to existing and potential providers to inform their planning.
In total 453 children in 17 settings were approached and 237 chose to take part in various forms of questionnaire and/or discussion.
