Special Needs Management in Surrey is divided into two teams, East and West.  Each team has an Area Special Needs Manager, Assistant Area Special Needs Manager, two Senior Case Officers (SCOs), and two Statement Writing Officers.

The East and West Teams are sub-divided into North and South areas each of which has 4 case officers who are allocated cases on the basis of the initial letter of a child's surname.
