Family Fun Days
The Surrey Aiming High for Disabled Children Team has decided to run a number of Family Fun Days for families with disabled children and young people. The purpose of these events is to provide a fun safe environment where families of disabled children could spend time with each other and also to raise awareness of organisations in Surrey who provide services for these families.
The above short clip was produced by Guildford College Students at our first event on Saturday 27th March. 86 Families came along with 173 children and young people, more than 100 of whom were disabled. Positive feedback from the day included:
